I'm in California, sitting in a coffee shop, drinking mint tea and using the wifi.

I have wifi at my house. I have mint tea at my house.

I just paid $1.25 to sit by myself after flying across the country to be with my family.

Sometimes, peace costs $1.25, I suppose. Sometimes, strangers and anonymity and impracticality and choosing to ignore the assigned reading is exactly what one needs.

Sometimes, solitude is necessary to pull one out of loneliness.
