These past few days have been jam-packed and wonderful.

Wednesday:
1. Woke up late
2. Sped down to San Diego
3. Saw a Middle Eastern jam band perform outside of the City Heights library
4. Walked several sunny blocks to the IRC
5. Saw one of my favorite people there for the first time in months and talked about camping for 20 minutes
6. Worked for a few hours, but was surprised with a taro bread snack break
7. Talked about Mad Men
8. Stayed late and got left over Middle Eastern food
9. Walked several dusky blocks back to my car
10. Drove to North Park and successfully parallel-parked the beast
11. Went to one of my friend Bethany's favorite coffee shops
12. Enjoyed coffee, bagpipes, and free wi-fi
13. Chatted with Bethany (and fellow patrons)
14. Raced back to Oceanside and made it home without running out of gas
15. Skyped with Bethany and saw her room in Chile!

Thursday:
1. Was surprised by the lady who cleans my dad's house but averted disaster
2. Saw my mom for the first time in months
3. Finally got the last of my stuff from storage
4. Received some lovely mail from lovely people
5. Got Donna to the doctor on time
6. Had old lady night with Jessica

Friday:
1. Took the Coaster to San Diego with Jessica and enjoyed the beautiful view
2. Purchased necessary packing materials
3. Browsed through Urban Outfitters but resisted buying anything (and got free chocolate at Ghiradelli's)
4. Walked to Balboa Park5. Got a personal tram tour
6. Had a delicious and relaxing lunch at the Japanese Tea Pavilion7. Performed moves from the Thriller Dance throughout Balboa Park
8. Made it into the botanical building for the first time in ten years!9. Walked through the Spanish Village Art Center right before it closed and talked to one of my favorite painters10. Saw many, many sunflowers and thought of Bethany11. Walked down a butterfly path and saw amazing flowers
12. Almost fell down a hill in order to smell a magnolia flower
13. Almost poisoned by an assassin
14. Took the bus
15. Missed the Coaster
16. Went to Starbucks
17. Made the Coaster
18. Went to Trader Joe's and ate some tasty samples
19. Went to Stater Brothers and got necessary supplies
20. Made it through World Market without breaking anything
21. Like a bird and a worm? (macaroni green)
22. Saw my dad and stepmom
23. Combined necessary supplies and necessary packing materials, wrote letters
24. Went to sleep!
